Sorry to hear you've not received your order. First of all please check with neighbours/safe place and that no card has been left by the courier as this will have information on where the item is and how to collect. Internal delays with couriers can be the cause and arrive a day or so late.
Free Standard delivery (2-3 working days), we use Royal Mail or Yodel as the courier. Standard orders are shipped same day till 2pm.
£0.95 Express delivery (1-2 working days), we use Royal Mail or Yodel as the courier. Express orders are shipped same day till 2pm.
£4.95 Next Day delivery, we use UK MAIL or Royal Mail expected delivery time frame is the following day if ordered Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Any order placed on the weekend will not be processed till Monday and delivered Tuesday.
£6.95 Premium Saturday Delivery, we use YODEL or Royal Mail expected delivery time frame is Saturday if ordered on Friday before 1pm. Please do not select this service any other day other than Friday as you will receive your order the next working day.
The courier will usually leave small items with your neighbour or in a safe place. If that’s what you’d like, just tell us at the Checkout when we ask for your special delivery instructions. The courier will leave a card with collection point if they are unable to delivery to you, leave the item with a neighbour or in a safe place.
