Sorry to hear you've not received your order. First of all please check with neighbours/safe place and that no card has been left by the courier as this will have information on where the item is and how to collect. Internal delays with couriers can be the cause and arrive a day or so late.
£2.95 Standard delivery (2-4 working days), we use Royal Mail or Yodel as the courier. Standard orders are shipped same day till 4pm.
£3.95 Express delivery (1-2 working days), we use Royal Mail or Yodel as the courier. Express orders are shipped same day till 4pm.
£4.95 Next Day delivery, we use UK MAIL expected delivery time frame is the following working day (Monday-Friday) if it was placed after 2pm or on a weekend it will arrive the following working day.
£6.95 Premium Saturday Delivery, we use YODEL expected delivery time frame is the following working day (Monday-Saturday) if it was placed after 1pm or on a weekend it will arrive the following working day.
The courier will usually leave small items with your neighbour or in a safe place. If that’s what you’d like, just tell us at the Checkout when we ask for your special delivery instructions. The courier will leave a card with collection point if they are unable to leave the item with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Standard and express deliveries attempt to deliver 3 times before sending the item back.
Next day attempt once then leave it at a local collection point.
