I have ordered an incorrect item?

If it is confirmed the incorrect items have been ordered and they are sealed, within the returns period (30 days), you can choose to return the items for either a different product, store credit or refund. Should the error be on the customers part you will be responsible for the returns postage fee.

Returns have to be authorised please note our head office address is NOT our returns address anything returned to the below address will be recycled. For the returns process click here
