I have ordered an incorrect item?

If it is confirmed the incorrect items have been ordered and they are sealed, within the returns period (60 days), you can choose to return the cartridges for either a different product or a refund. Should the error be on the customers part you will be responsible for the returns postage fee.

Refunds typically appear within 1-3 days of receiving the item back.
