Part of my order is missing?

Should your order be incomplete please let us know if its simply wrong quantity of the same item or if its a completely different item in the order missing.
Sometimes with packing errors you may order 3 toners and we send 2 by accident same with inks.
If the missing item is different from the one you received it may still be on the way. Sometimes due to stocking issues we've had to drop ship from another supplier (mostly with business supplies). Please wait a couple of days after the initial part of the order arrives. If nothing turns up within that time click open a new support ticket at the top right on this screen.
