The courier will usually leave small items with your neighbour or in a safe place if they cannot deliver. If that’s what you’d like, just tell us at the Checkout when we ask for your special delivery instructions. The courier will leave a card with collection point if they are unable to deliver, leave the item with a neighbour or in a safe place. Should you not receive your delivery or if the courier has not left a calling card email our help desk on firstname.lastname@example.org and they can track the order down for you.
