If your item arrives damaged or faulty you can return it, all items come with a 1 year guarantee.

To return an item you MUST open a return request by clicking here. Please ensure you select an accurate reason for requesting the return as failure to do so can lead to the request being rejected. Over 70% of our faulty return requests are an end user issue with setting up the item correctly or an incorrect purchase. We do not replace or refund returned items in a used state if a customer reports a fault and our technical team tests it and find it is in full working order.
